willingly I intend to be a member of alive India Charitable Trust (govt. of India registration no iv-4217/15, Dated 31 JULY 2015).I will offer my full co-operation and help to the organization throughout the year. I must behave modestly with each and every member of the organization. If there arias mental clash with any member of the trust, it will never condemn that person before anybody else. If I do that the trust may take action against me in accordance with law. In every meeting I must maintain 75% attendance. If I do not maintain 75% attendance the authority may dismiss me from the trust and for my dismissal from the trust. I must not indulge in any kind of anger and frustration. If I leave the trust or be dismissed I must relation everything of the trust that will remain at my disposal. Moreover, if I ever misuse any property of the trust the authority may take legal action against me. I will be highly obliged if you allow me be a member of the trust. In this regard your action is earnest by solicited.
